• Call the Customer Helpline.
• Inquire about your Remaining Balance on the call.

If you are a Prepaid User, you can check it by futter by dialing *310# on your Android mobile. The Guidelines for checking are given below:

• Open your Mobile Dial Pad.
• Write *310# there.
• Click on Call Button.
• Here are the details of the Current Balance of your Sim for the prepaid user.

• First of all, Install the My Zong App.
• Open the app and register yourself through verification of your number.
• When you enter your number an OTP (verification code) will be received on your smartphone.
• Put it there and then click okay.
• After the verification completes, you will see a Dashboard.
• On this dashboard, Your Current balance & Subscribed Details are given.
